SUSTnex started from a simple observation: the firms that design transformation rarely run it, and the firms that run it rarely measure whether it worked.

Founded in 2024 in Morocco, SUSTnex was built to close that gap — combining strategy and operating-model expertise with real PMO delivery discipline and, uniquely, an in-house asset-digitalization capability most strategy firms would have to subcontract. The firm exists for organizations that are done buying decks and ready to buy outcomes: leaders who need a partner that stays accountable from diagnosis through to proof that the transformation held.

A Finance, PMO & Sustainability professional with 17+ years of experience moving between corporate finance, project and portfolio management, and sustainability strategy — including time inside a Big-4 consulting environment (KPMG). That path is the reason SUSTnex is built the way it is: strategy that has to survive contact with a PMO, and sustainability that has to survive contact with a balance sheet.

Certified PMP and Scrum Master, and a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional — credentials chosen to match how the firm actually works: disciplined delivery, and sustainability reporting that holds up to scrutiny.
